"The biggest question of the [campaign] period is whether there will be some kind of uniform, overwhelming dissatisfaction," Andras Biro-Nagy, director of Policy Solutions, a liberal-democracy think tank in Budapest, told RFE/RL's Hungarian Service on February 23.
