For the Search engines I'd advise about running or using an instance of librex searxng, it's fairly easy to add those to icecat and at same time i don't want to change a bit from the original Icecat, reason why I did not add any of them. Also librex and searxng are not offered as services in a way that i can point icecat to a certain domain, rather you have to find the instances you trust (or even better host them).
